Laura joins us from Melbourne were she worked in a busy private practice after initially beginning her health care career as a paramedic. She has completed her Pilates certification with DMA at the highest level and enjoys the diversity of 1 on 1 and Small Group Pilates exercise, as well as treating Womens Health issues and Musculoskeletal injuries / rehabilitation.
She has previously worked with netball and basketball teams and has a very keen interest in Women’s Health issues. Laura can help you manage musculoskeletal pain conditions during pregnancy such as back pain and pelvic instability. Post pregnancy she is available to help with return to exercise (including Pilates) and management of incontinence, prolapse and mastitis.
Laura also regularly hosts information sessions for pregnant women about how to look after your body and baby and how to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy and beyond – call us to find out more.
When she’s not at the clinic, she’s busy at home running after her energetic toddler and getting to know the Perth restaurant scene!
