Balance & Falls Prevention

Our ability to balance is a crucial aspect in maintaining our mobility and independence as we get older.

At Activate physio we are committed to helping people maintain active, healthy and independent lifestyles. We provide a half hour, fun and friendly group exercise class with various falls prevention exercises aimed at maintaining strength and balance for people of all levels of fitness and ability. Everybody is welcome!
