With over 20 years of experience in private practice, Alison Hollier brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, genuine care, and professionalism to Activate Physiotherapy.
Alison specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, with a strong focus on long-term functional health. She takes a holistic, evidence-informed approach, combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise rehabilitation. Known for her warm and empathetic nature, Alison is dedicated to helping her patients restore movement, build strength, and regain confidence.
She is passionate about ongoing learning, continually expanding her skills and staying up to date with the latest in physiotherapy to provide the best outcomes for her patients.
Alison also runs our Strength & Pilates classes, focused on improving mobility, building strength, and supporting longevity in a welcoming environment.
